Left us waiting 3.5 hours. Lying telling us 25 minutes on 3 different occasions. Ended up waiting over 3 hours for a tow truck! They suck!!

Horrible service! They kept lying saying that the ETA was one thing, and then sending another. The driver even lied and said he dropped my car off at the destination location, when indeed he had not…it was still sitting on the lot, I believe so that they could try and get more storage fees out of me. The fact that I had to keep calling, and people were acting really incompetent…I do not recommend anyone use this company 😡 They are very dishonest and unprofessional
