Quoted 90 minutes for roadside assistance. 3.5 hours later, they are completely non responsive and no one answers the phone.

Took care of my truck in very reasonable timing. The dealerships were all backed up for weeks. My car was at this shop for 2 days total. The tow driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. The repair guys were also very friendly. They even contacted my warranty company and worked with them to assist me. My experience was great, Highly recommend.

The CSR that wrote my service up was very thorough. He explained in detail the service my car needed and offered payment options. Lastly my car service was complete in a timely manner.

Update: 7/29/22 After speaking with someone and clearing up any communication issues with the expected service. They were able to fix all known issues with the car. They took care of any issue i had in a timely and professional manner. They also took the time to explain that originally they were trying to save me money as many customers cannot afford many repairs all at once. I am upgrading them to five stars for their service.

We were in from another state and our car broke down 4 hours from home the tow truck driver recommended this place and I am so thankful he did. The work was fare priced and they squeezed us in despite being very busy and had us in and out within 3 hours. I am so thankful for these guys I would’ve spent a lot more of you all didn’t help us
