Southfield Collision and Auto Repair

NO STARS. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 There folks were contacted via our USAA Roadside for a tow. Our truck is literally a few miles down the road from this business on Telegraph Rd, in Southfield. We have been waiting for TWO HOURS AND FOURTY MINUTES FOR A TOW from them. We are still waiting as I type this. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

It’s difficult as a woman to find an auto shop that isn’t trying to get over to make a dollar. I have an older vehicle, so I’ve had work done twice this month by this shop and both times have been nothing but pleasant and the problems within my vehicle were resolved each time. They are efficient and timely. Would recommend to others looking for an auto shop in Southfield!

Jay and the team took great care of me. Very quick, efficient and honest about the repairs my vehicle needed

They only respond to the bad reviews. They’ll never give you a straight answer and they asked me was I threatening them when I told them they would have a real problem if my brother(my ATTORNEY) has to come to the shop with me.

My first time going to TCC but not my last. I needed a repair on my water pump. I was dealing with AL and Peter both are very nice and pleasant. They knew exactly what the problem was, worked with me and my warranty company to get it taken care of. I really appreciate them. I recommend them to anyone.

Where do I start.........These guys are SUPER AMAZING. I am a very skeptical person when I have to bring my vehicle to any auto shop #1 because I'm a female, and #2 I don't trust anyone with my vehicle. Well, this auto shop changed both my aspects and perceptions. I was with a previous auto shop I trusted with my car and would not allow any other auto shop to even touch my car. I took my car to this auto shop faithfully for years. Needless to say, unfortunately, that trust was broken. This led me on a hunt to find a new auto shop because my car was in dire need of serious repair and I needed to get it fixed before the problem(s) had gotten worse. I made the phone call to TCC and Mr. Peter answered and he was nice, very accomadating. When I bought my car for the first time to the auto shop, every employee was very nice. Peter gave me a quote and when the work was done with my vehicle, the quote stayed the same. Unlike the previous auto shop. The previous auto shop, I would inform them of things that was going on with my car and it was the same thing I stated to TCC. The difference between the two auto shops is what the previous diagnosis they informed me was wrong was no where near as what TCC diagnosed my car with. I never disclosed what diagnosis the previous shop had diagnosed my car with, but thanks to TCC my car is fixed. As a woman I can truly and safely say I feel secure and trust TCC with my car. My car is like my baby and I am very protective of her. I really want to thank Peter and all the employees in all the departments that worked on my car and making me feel at ease. My apologies for not knowing all your names but I didn't want no one to go unnoticed. I can safely say with ease that TCC with be my new auto shop for my car because I know she will be in great hands. Thanks again to all of you for being so kind and doing exceptional work.

Absolutely horrible. Using progressive roadside assistance for a tow this was the company and location used. After 2 hours waiting for our driver after they confirmed the pickup we couldn’t reach them by phone and found that although they accepted the tow, nobody was on the way or notified. Terribly frustrating
