Do not take your car here!!! If James the tow truck guy tries to tell you that your car will be in and out .HE LYING!! Our car as been there almost 2 months and each week we are told that it will be done NEXT week. I have heard that 6 times NOW! They don't communicate with you,you have to call and get an update and hope someone answers. You would think they don't answer because they are working on your car..but my husband has gone in twice and saw people sitting around on they phones smoking vapes. LIKE SERIOUSLY! You got time like that with all these cars you need to be getting out of there. I am beyond frustrated no one gives you honest straight answers,now they trying to tell me they getting parts from the junk yard to put on my car! I KNOW they have lost their minds. Looking to get my car out of there ASAP to have someone else fix it!

So slow going on the second month and my car still isn't done

I was skeptical at first but what an Amazing place! Peter was very informative and takes care of anything that’s needed! Financing is also available if cash isn’t on hand at the moment. I take the wife’s and I vehicles up there and if they’re too busy for any reason, The Livonia location is just as great! Will be back

The customer service here was not up to par. Was hung up on while calling about a tow I have been waiting on for 3 hours

I wish I had the gentleman’s name who helped me this evening. He was sent through State Farm to help and he was here in excellent timing, was helpful and very courteous and efficient.. His customer service was excellent and he was there to get the job done and keep moving. Good worker to have as he is productive for company and a pleasure to customers.
