Worst Experience.. DO NOT GO HERE! I had to unfortunately end up at this place coz my car was in a collision and the tow guy took me here.. DO NOT listen to a tow person if they want to take your car here... after 8-9 months of weight, my car is back thankfully but its not the same. They did an awful job, the were nice and easy till the insurance money came in and then towards the end after so long with the worst communication ( not one call from them in 6-7 months) all they could say was "we did the best we can".. Very unprofessional and worst service. Do not go here unless you want to experience the worst service and end product for yourself. They were supposed to give my wheels back, they don't know where they are and don't even care. Keep away, and read the most recent reviews if you want to know more about their service.

I've been waiting 4 hours since Hagerty has contacted them to come tow my car. I am now forced to pay out of pocket to have my car towed as they still haven't shown up, even after telling the rep at Hagerty that they are on their way. Thats a really bad way to operate a business.

One of their tow truck drivers cut me off in rush hour, while smoking pot, and then proceeded to give me the finger. Driver is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Go to the one in Livonia on middle belt they are excellent and fast service

Do not take your car here!!! If James the tow truck guy tries to tell you that your car will be in and out .HE LYING!! Our car as been there almost 2 months and each week we are told that it will be done NEXT week. I have heard that 6 times NOW! They don't communicate with you,you have to call and get an update and hope someone answers. You would think they don't answer because they are working on your car..but my husband has gone in twice and saw people sitting around on they phones smoking vapes. LIKE SERIOUSLY! You got time like that with all these cars you need to be getting out of there. I am beyond frustrated no one gives you honest straight answers,now they trying to tell me they getting parts from the junk yard to put on my car! I KNOW they have lost their minds. Looking to get my car out of there ASAP to have someone else fix it!

So slow going on the second month and my car still isn't done
