Southfield Collision and Auto Repair

So disappointed in this shop. I have used up all of my roadside assistance allotment dealing with this shop because they did not fix the issue with my car (after claiming they did). The car has been towed there 3 times for the same issue within a matter of weeks. They blamed it on a defective alternator. But that should have been detected when I returned my car the first time. Having to return the car twice w/in one week is not only frustrating but annoying. I've missed work. I've spent $90 on 3 Uber rides to pick my car up from the shop. And I have no more roadside service assistance left on my AAA membership. The manager couldn't care less about my frustration and basically told me that Hyundai makes bad cars. I should have never let their tow truck driver talk me into towing my car to this shop when I had arranged for it to be towed to the shop that I have patronized for over 30 years. I will never take any of my vehicles to this shop again! After paying $1200 for an alternator job, my car should've ran like a charm; however, I was stranded in the middle of the night twice! If I'm ever in need of a tow service, I will definitely tell AAA to NOT send a truck from this business because I don't even want my car to be towed to a different shop by them. They don't deserve the money from AAA.

The professionalism that I was shown not only when servicing my vehicle but returning visit for questions and assisting with vehicle care was one of a kind. The team here are what you look for in a trusting and helping atmosphere. There is not any other place I’d bring my current and future cars with all issues and routine maintenance. 10/10 is a basic rating for those who go above and beyond ! Let them take care of your car needs !

I had a break down on evergreen, Ulysses known to Total Car Car towed my van and placed it in a secured after hour lot at the Telegraph location at TCC. (wow). Car was fixed next day, then I lost my job. I had expensive somewhat major work done on my Van, struts, radiator, steering and rods and more. They were so kind to hold my van with half down given after a month or two and NOT bager me for the rest, not charing me storage all while Freddy was listening to my cries of a women having a crisis. well Here comes MOE saying it's the holiday season we are blessing a few of our customers and you're one of them. As a result a $1600 bill with a $800 balance turned out the owner Abe took care of me and worked a deal, thank you Moe WOW! They were already Kind, pefesaional, courtious and encouraging. I will forever bring my cars to be fixed here, I trust them, this has been A GREAT EXPERIENCE. Bless this place and for sure you Moe. One heck of of a satisfied customer.
